Feeding your children right might seem to be one of life’s greatest challenges, but it’s a lot easier than you think. The biggest problem with children’s eating habits, whether it’s a sweet tooth, a picky eater, or a relentless snacker, comes from making the breakfast or dinner table a battleground. Often when parents stop pushing, the child starts eating. The trick is to prepare and offer a wide variety of nutritious foods and let the child decide how much of what.
