A: Start by reading my book Age-Proof Your Body (William Morrow 1999). It is based on a thorough review of the research on how what we eat and how we move affects how we age and, most importantly, what to do to stay young. My anti-aging special also will be appearing nationwide on local public television networks, including New York City (August 4).
